Confidentiality

Under no circumstances will the information provided to us by a user be revealed to any third party without that user's explicit consent. The RALI and l'Université de Montréal promise to do everything that is reasonably possible to preserve the confidentiality of our users' personal information.

The TransSearch system also produces detailed logs of all individual user operations (queries, registration, subscription purchases and renewals, etc.). These are required for system maintenance and for tracing potential abuse. This information is also confidential.
