Registration and Subscription

Enlarging a group

When the subscription administrator purchases a subscription, he or she must specify the number of members included in the group. If it turns out over the course of the subscription that this number is insufficient, the administrator may enlarge the group, i.e. increase the eligible number of registered members. This is done by accessing the Purchasing a subscription page.

The cost of enlarging the group is calculated by taking into account the number of new members and the time remaining in the subscription. For example, if one new member is added to a group of 3 users during the sixth month of the current subscription, that member would only have to pay 50% of the rate applicable to the fourth member of a group (see the page on group rates).

It is not possible to reduce the size of a group during the course of a subscription. For more details, please contact our webmaster.
