Purchasing a subscription

At the end of the free trial period, you can purchase a one-year subscription at current rates by accessing the Purchasing a subscription page (you can reach this page via the My Account link at the top of the query page). The cost depends on whether you take our individual subscription or register as a member of a group.

Payment must be in Canadian dollars and may be made either by credit card (VISA or Master Card only) or by cheque, postal money order or bank money order. If you pay by credit card, your subscription takes effect immediately. If you pay by cheque or money order, your subscription will not take effect until your payment has been cashed – which may take several weeks.
